1月10日 「110番の日」
January tenth,
Day for Number 110 (“Hyakujuu Ban no Hi”)

Jack
    Police! Freeze!
King
Hands behind your back! You’re under arrest for being a tsundere!
Aca
    Oi, wha---
Jack
    Gotcha~!
Ace
What do you mean 'under arrest for being a tsundere'?
King
Well, the crime doesn’t really matter.
Jack
Because today is the day for number 110.
Aca
    The he--?

Note:
  • Number 110 is the Japanese 911, though a little more specific - basically it is the number you call for the police (119 is for fire and ambulance)
  • The day was chosen because numbers used for the month/day: 1/10.
  • "Tsundere" is a phrase used for a person who acts mean in the sense of being aloof, sharp and sarcastic, but on the inside is warm and lovestruck with the person they are acting mean to. It comes from the combination of the words “tsuntsun” (sharp/prickly) and “deredere” (lovestruck).
In the same group, we also find the "Kuudere" (simply cold, instead of mean, on the surface, but lovestruck underneath it all - comes from "cool" (cold) + "deredere") and "Yandere" (lovestruck to the point it is unhealthy; completely obsessed with a person to the point of locking people up or even killing people, including the person they are in love with - comes from "yamu" (sick) + "deredere" (lovestruck)).
