Huh? You're still at the computer? Being in the same position for ages isn't good for you, you know. Time for a break!
Now, do as me. First, stand with your feet aligned with your shoulders and your back straight. Hold your hands in front of you with your elbows stretched out. The move them over your head and stre~~tch out like that! Bend right... You can feel your side stretching. Feels good, doesn't it. Back up a~nd , now bend left! Aaah... And back up again. Let go of your hands and relax.
